The Passover holiday is the first of the yearly feasts in the Hebrew Calendar. It is a memorial of the Exodus of Israel from Egypt, as well as a memorial of the sacrifice our Messiah made on our behalf. But even more than that Passover is a celebration of new beginnings. Whether it is the new beginning of the Hebrew people as a nation, or the new beginning that each one of us experience when we place our faith in Yeshua, Passover is a time of great reflection and celebration.
Join us as we commemorate and celebrate all that our Messiah has done for us as we come together and marvel in the wonder of our God who has taken us creatures of death and given us new life. We will be having a weekend retreat at Hendersonville Nazarene Camp in Flat Rock, NC. Just minutes from the interstate and the small town of Flat Rock, this location features hotel style rooms.
April 3-5, 2026 Schedule
- Check in will begin on Friday, April 3 at 3:00pm. The Seder will begin Friday night at 7PM.
- April 4 is Shabbat and the First Day of Matza, and as such is a High Holy Day. We will have a brunch served at 11:00 am, our normal potluck style Shabbat in the afternoon, a make-your-own-matzah-pizza dinner starting at 6:00 (matzah, pizza sauce and cheese will be provided, bring your own toppings &/or side if you want them), and live music in the evening.
- Sunday, April 5, is Resurrection Sunday. We will have a live worship service in the morning, and a follow-along painting class in the afternoon.
Please be aware that you will need to bring a potluck offering for Saturday lunch, and we will have leftovers for lunch on Sunday. There will be breakfast and coffee provided Saturday and Sunday!
Please note the only refrigeration available to you will be the mini-fridge in your hotel room. Please plan accordingly.
